Return Policy
Returns (15 Days)
We offer a 15-day period from the date you receive your product to request a return.
After this period, no returns will be accepted for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In the same condition in which it was received.

Unused and showing no signs of wear.

With all original tags and packaging intact.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The store does not cover shipping fees for returns or exchanges.

Do not send any products without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.
After this period, we cannot guarantee a solution without additional fees.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
To protect the sustainability of our business, we do not accept returns on the following items:

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, you must:

Once the return is approved and the item is received in good condition, you may place a new order.
Shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.
Conditions to Avoid Return Rejection
To ensure your return is accepted:

The product must show no signs of use, wear, or minor damage.

The packaging must be complete and in excellent condition.

Returns due to “change of mind” will not be accepted if the item has been used.
If the returned item arrives damaged, used, or without its original packaging, the return will be rejected, and the product may be sent back to the customer at an additional cost.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

We will notify you whether the return has been approved.

If approved, a refund will be issued for the product amount only, excluding shipping fees.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the return approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
