Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

During high-demand seasons, holidays, or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Our shipments have a universal estimated delivery time of 4 to 12 business days, regardless of the destination country.
Note: This timeframe is an estimate provided by the shipping carriers. We do not guarantee delivery on an exact date.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order.
We may occasionally offer free shipping during special promotions or campaigns.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an address error:

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Reshipping the package will require an additional payment from the customer.

If the package is returned to our warehouse, we can resend it once the new shipping cost is covered.
Delays
Elitcase is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

Strikes

Holidays

High shipping volumes

Carrier delays or internal issues
Once the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times depend entirely on them.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If the carrier marks a package as delivered but the customer reports it was not received:

The customer must file a claim directly with the carrier.

We do not issue refunds for orders marked as delivered.

We can assist by providing shipment details and documentation.
Customs and Import Taxes
Some countries may apply customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be covered by the customer.
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and include photos of the issue.
After this period, we cannot guarantee free solutions.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost during transit:

We will open an investigation with the carrier.

A solution will be offered only if the carrier officially confirms the loss.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost.
